  • shipping & order status

    Please login to your account at account.2birdsapparel.com to view your current and previous orders Here you will also be able to track you current orders through the provided UPS Tracking Number provided. If your order has not shipped and you wish to check on the status of your order, please use the contact us form to check in on your order.

  • can I change or edit my order?

    If you wish to change your order please contact us through the contact us form. If your order has not yet shipped we may be able to edit, canel, or change details about your order. If your order has shipped we will be unable to edit your order and your order will now be considered final sale.

  • how long will my order take to ship?

    We offer standard ground shipping through UPS and Next day Air Shipping through UPS. Ground shipping times vary depending on your location from our warehouse and can range from 2 - 10 business days. Next Day Air shipping is an expedited shipping service that will arrive the following day as long as your order is placed before 12pm pst. After 12pm pst, orders will ship the following day.

  • what if my order was lost by ups?

    Unfortunately we are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses or for orders lost by UPS. We will provide you with as much information as possible to help you locate you order but it is your responsibility to communicate with UPS to find your order.

  • how long does it take to process my order before it ships?

    Order processing will take between 1-2 business days depending on capacity. Next Day Air orders will be processed the same day in order to ship the same day as long as they were entered before 12pm pst.

  • do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

    All orders are considered final sale and we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, returns, or partial returns. In some cases we do offer exchanges. please visit our returns bage in the footer for mor einformation.

  • can I request a product sample before placing an order?

    Yes. Please use our contact us form to request a sample. include which items and sizes you would like to sample and we will contact you to verify the best address to send the samples to.

  • who do I set up or view my account?

    Click on the login button at the top right corner. enter your email and follow the login process. Through your account you will be able to see past and current orders and edit your account information.

  • who is eligible for a wholesale account

    Wholesale accounts are approved on a case by case, however we do give priority to printers, embroidery shops, apparel brands, and small businesses.
