1. Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • UPS Ground Shipping: Our standard shipping option. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: For customers who need their orders quickly, we offer UPS Next Day Air Saver for rush orders. This option is available at checkout and is subject to availability.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your order size and delivery address. You will be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

3. Pickup Option

For local customers, we offer free pickup at our facility. Simply select the "Pick Up" option at checkout, and you can collect your order at your convenience during our regular business hours. Feel free to contact us for when you plan to pick up your items. Please allow for at least 24 hours to prepare your order for Pick Up.

4. Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for customers who are within 10 miles of our facility. If your delivery address is within this radius, you can select this option at checkout. We will personally deliver your order to your location at no additional cost. Feel free to contact us when and where you would like your order delivered. Please allow for at least 24 hours to prepare your order for local delivery.

5. Order Fulfillment and Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure prompt delivery. 

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. In some cases, if our current order volume allows, we may be able to fulfill your order on the same business day. However, fulfillment times may vary depending on order volume and operational capacity. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

6. Shipping Times

Shipping times are calculated based on the UPS estimated shipping time and our processing time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for any delays that occur once the package is in transit with the carrier.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
