Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with 2 birds apparel! We aim to provide high-quality blank garments for your custom apparel needs. Please read our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy carefully.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any orders placed, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.

2. No Refunds

We do not provide refunds on any purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our exchange policy below.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are only available in the event of a damaged garment. Please note that exchanges will only be processed if the garment meets the following criteria:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • You must return the garment to us for inspection before we determine if the item qualifies for an exchange.
  • Any requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Exchange Eligibility

To initiate an exchange, please ensure the garment meets our qualifications:

  • The garment has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The garment must be returned in its original condition for our team to inspect.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the returned garment does not meet our criteria.

If your exchange request is approved, you will be notified, and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange process.

5. Return Process for Exchanges

To initiate an exchange:

  • Please contact our customer service team to report any damaged garments within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • You will need to return the garment to us, and once we receive it, we will inspect it for eligibility.
  • We will provide you with a return label free of charge
  • Upon successful inspection, we will process your exchange for an equivalent item.
  • Once approved we will ship the replacement garments to you fee of charge.
